For this special occasion, Seb and his team have crafted a 6-course tasting menu, showcasing exceptional ingredients and beautifully orchestrated flavour pairings.

For this special night, Seb and his team are designing a meticulously curated 7-course tasting menu, each dish thoughtfully composed to highlight seasonal flavors and culinary finesse.
